A Class A office building located in Herndon, VA. has been acquired by Galaxy Atrium for $19.65 million. The 130,000 sq ft building at 205 Van Buren Street is located next to the new Herndon Metro Station. The fourâstory, newly remodeled building was purchased from AEW Capital Management, which was represented by Cushman and Wakefield. Cambridge Property Group represented the buyer during the transaction.
