The Bulgarian company Rasaso anshtalt, owned by Spas Rusev, is selling the Hilton hotel in Sofia to the Plovdi-based real estate investment group Galaxy Investment Group. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The deal is awaiting authorization from the Commission for Protection of Competition. Rusev also recently acquired Bulgaria’s telecom BTC/Vivacom for €330m.
