Galleon Capital Management, the Viennese real estate inwestor has acquired the Koszykowa 54 office building in Warsaw from the UBS Real Estate Kapitalanlagegesellschaft fund. Koszykowa 54 is located in the Warsaw’s city center and comprises 10,000 sqm of office and 750 sqm of retail area. The anchor tenants include two foreign embassies and the British Council. The investmemet has been acquired as part of a mandate from a German pension fund managed by 2IP Institutional Investment Partners. The cost of the deal was not disclosed.
