Gama Residence has finished its fifth residential complex in Bucharest, according to the online server incomemagazine.ro. Gama Residence Metalurgiei, an investment of nearly €6m, includes about 120 apartments, parking, green areas and playgrounds for children.
Prices start at €27,000 for a 30 sqm studio, while a two-room, 49 sqm apartment costs €44,000, and 74 sqm apartments run €66,000, the company said.
All new residential apartments will have central heating and air conditioning.
