Gant Development saw its net profits drop during the first three quarters of the year, posting a loss of PLN 20m for the period ended in September. Roughly PLN 13.7m of this was reported in the third quarter alone. This reflects a substantial decrease compared with the same period last year, when the developer posted a net profit of PLN 8.7m in the third quarter of 2011.
Gant, however, managed to expand its turnover in 2012, managing PLN 311m in turnover over the first three quarters of the year, including PLN 44m reported in Q3 2012.
In order to improve its performance, Gant plans to introduce substantial changes for the company in the near-term, to change the structure of the holding.
