Garanti Bank Romania extended its lease at Novo Park in Bucharest’s Pipera neighborhood for another five years. The business park is owned by Genesis Property. The new agreement will come into force in October 2019. Garanti Bank has been headquartered at Novo Park for 16 years. The complex offers 75,000 sqm of class A space in seven buildings and is currently fully leased.
