Garanti Koza is planning to invest €1bn in a mixed-use project in central Sofia. Koza Square will include four residential towers, office space, a hotel, a shopping arcade, restaurants and cafes with a lagoon in the middle.
The Turkish developer acquired the 100-acre property in October for €38m. The project is still in the design phase.
