GATX Rail Poland has leased 1,478 sqm of office space in Tower B of The Warsaw HUB complex. CBRE represented the tenant, while JLL represented the owner of the building. The Warsaw HUB is a multifunctional complex going up at the Daszyńskiego Roundabout in the capital’s Wola district. The investment will consist of three skyscrapers: a 86-meter hotel and two 130-meter office towers, which will be joined by a five-story foundation.
