GBI is set to develop a Holiday Inn hotel at the Munich airport. The hotel will go up in the Gemeinde Hallbergmoos district, offering 165 rooms. In cooperation with Kassecker Projekt GmbH, GBI will redevelop nearly 200 years old building listed since 1993. The historic part will be used for conference and administration space. The newly built part of the hotel, located at Ludwigstrasse 2, will feature guest rooms, a restaurant and a lobby. Work is set to start this spring to enable completion by the end of 2019. Foremost Hospitality will operate the hotel.
