21 January 2015

GD&K Consulting has been selected to develop 21,000 sqm of offices on a 1.4 ha plot located on Bosackiej street in Kraków with Polish State Railways (PKP). Expected to cost €55m over the next four years, the project involves renovating three buildings that currently sit on the site. The project’s first phase calls for two new office buildings that will connect to the city’s central railway station.

PKP’s Jarosław Bator said the company intends to have all permits in place by the third quarter of 2016 and plans to start construction in 2017.
