GDC Properties has picked up a recently redeveloped mixed use building in Williamsburg for $45 million. Located at 385 Union Avenue, the six-story building features 2,200 square feet of retail space that was once amenity space that the new owners will be able to lease. The seller, Sugar Hill Capital Partners, bought the building in June of 2015 for $37.4 million. Robert Shapiro and Brendan Maddigan, of Cushman & Wakefield, marketed the building on behalf of the seller.
