GE Capital wins $11m foreclosure on Palm Beach offices

General Electric Capital Corp. has won an $11 million foreclosure judgement against FJK Properties and FJK III Properties. The two office buildings on Palm Beach’s pricey Bankers Row include tenants like Fidelity Investments, Wilmington Trust, and Blue Sea Capital. The 19,242 square foot building at 230 Royal Palm Way and the 10,296 square foot building at 240 Royal Palm Way are to be sold off through an online auction in May. Built in the 1950’s, the two buildings sit on slightly less than one acre. According to Palm Beach County property records, FJK bought the buildings for $2.8 million in 1996 and 1997.
