Gebrüder Weiss has concluded a deal at Business Park Plzeň Vejprnice for 1,200 sqm of warehouse space. CBRE represented the logistics company in identifying the industrial park, which is a project by the developer Amesbury. “We were looking for new and more appropriate space for ourcrossdock depot in Pilsen,” said the company’s Area Manager Bohemia Karel Šindelář. “We visited several possibilities and in the end we choise the space by the Amesbury.” Jan Hřivnacký, Associate Director at CBRE, said most warehouses offer just one loading bridge for 750 sqm to 1,000 sqm. Gebrüder Weiss will have six at its disposal.
