Goodman European Logistics Fund has purchased a 35,000 sqm building located in Hamburg’s Altenwerder freight center area. The seller of the property is PGH Planungsgellschaft Holzbau. The investment, which includes a total of 81,000 sqm of land, was constructed in 2006. The building is leased on a long-term basis to a Danish logistics service provider. Goodman plans to expand a new building on the site with 12,000 sqm of logistics space. Goodman European Logistics Fund is paying €30m for the entire scheme.
