Geneba acquired a light industrial portfolio with three properties in northwest Germany for €36.6m. The properties in Münster and Brilon were acquired in May, while the deal on a third site in Rastede was closed at the end of September. The portfolio has a total leasable area of 40,000 sqm. The Rastede property is leased to Broetje-Automation. The Brilon property is leased to ABB AG and the Münster property is leased to Saurer Components. The acquisition was funded by proceeds from the Rights Issue that was completed in January 2015 and financed by a long-term loan from DG HYP. Geneba was advised by Greenberg Traurig, while Amman Holding brokered the deal.
