Geneba Properties has acquired 76.5% of the shares in an automotive logistics facility in Landau. The seller was Gutperle family office, which held the asset in a private partnership structure. The purchase price was not disclosed. The 38,870 sqm asset, which is located in Interpark 10/22 in Offenbach, consists of two industrial warehouses leased on a long-term basis. The tenant, a German car manufacturer, uses the property for inspecting and storing automotive spare parts.
