Generali will relocate its headquarters from Bucharest Corporate Center (BCC) on Victoria Square to Charles de Gaulle Plaza, which is located on Aviatorilor Square. The Italian insurance company is planning to move in May and will occupy 4,000 sqm over three floors at Charles de Gaulle Plaza.
There is still 8,000 sqm of space available at Charles de Gaulle Plaza, which is part of Immofinanz’s regional portfolio. The mobile operator Vodafone is the building’s main tenant. The Advisers/Knight Frank is the exclusive agent.
