Generation Park Y, the greenest skyscraper in Warsaw, has topped out at a height of 140 meters. Located at the Daszyńskiego roundabout, the project is Skanska’s tallest office project in the CEE region. The tower offers 37 above-ground floors and four underground floors, where there will be parking for 325 vehicles, charging stations for electric cars and 187 spots for bicycles. Once completed, the building will apply for Platinum LEED, Building without Barriers, and WELL Core & Shell certificates.
