The Generation Park Z office building in Warsaw has been issued with an occupancy permit. The investment is the second of three buildings that will make up the Generation Park complex located near the Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout in Warsaw’s city center. The 15-storey building with two underground levels is designed to offer 18,000 sqm of leasable space. The property has received a LEED certificate and a WELL certificate. Generation Park is Skanska’s largest office development in Central and Eastern Europe. When completed, the complex will offer three office buildings with a total leasable area of 84,000 sqm.
