Genesis Capital has acquired the call center operator Conectart from the investment group KKCG for an undisclosed price. Conectart has a network of call centers and eight cities across the Czech Republic and employs more than 1000 operators. KKCG, which is owned by the Czech business mogul Karel Komarek, acquired the company in 2012 from Telefoniky O2. The company grew until in 2017 when it took over another contact center called Quality Brands. The Czech News Agency lists its clients as including Samsung, Vodafone, AmRest and the Fischer travel agency. Last year Conectart expanded into Slovakia. Last year the company made revenues of CZK 325.5m and its net profit came to CZK 26.7m.
