Genesis Property announces the completion of work on Phase II of the YUNITY Park project. Phase II of the project involved an investment of EUR 20 million and features a 1,000 sqm urban forest, an open-air amphitheatre with a capacity of 1,500 people, 2,000 metres of pedestrian walkways and tiered promenade and creative meeting spaces.
“YUNITY Park marks the beginning of a new era in workspace design. It’s not just about a traditional office, it’s about creating a public space, specifically designed as a sustainable extension of the working environment. We want to rewrite the way we work, to change the paradigm of workspaces, and YUNITY Park is a model for the future, with a focus on environmental responsibility, flexible working arrangements and cost efficiency,” said Liviu Tudor, President of Genesis Property.
“This park is not just a green space, but a complex structure, equivalent to an investment in two office buildings. In addition to the urban forest, we have integrated 4,000 sqm of photovoltaic panels, which produce more than the energy needed to maintain the green spaces,” added Liviu Tudor.
The total investment in the YUNITY Park transformation will exceed EUR 50 million, with a final delivery date in Q3, 2024.
