Adriatic Group has sold its sports and functional nutrition brands to Genuport, including Multipower, Champ and Multaben. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Genuport has been a long-time partner of Adriatic, acting as a distributor of its sports and active nutrition products. The company is one of Germany’s leading distributors. Its clients include Wander, Mondelez, Snyder’s Lance and Weetabix. Adriatic Group will continues to sell off its non-strategic operations.
