Geo Mărgescu is co-founder and CEO of Forte Partners and has a 19 years’ experience in developing landmark real estate projects. Since 2014, when the company was founded, Geo successfully managed and coordinated the development of a portfolio of real estate projects worth over € 450 million, both on the office and residential segments.
Under Geo’s management, Forte Partners developed projects such as the Sector 0 Initiative – Millo Offices and Tandem, premium office projects for the creatives downtown Bucharest – U•Center, Ștefan cel Mare Building, The Bridge office project, the Londra 27 residential project and finalized the Aviației Park residential project.
