Real estate developer Geometrik Build announces a EUR 20 million investment in a residential project in the southern part of Constanța, called South Side Residence, which will be completed in the next two years.
The complex provides for the construction of 384 apartments in two phases: the first, totaling 192 units, is already under construction and will be delivered in September 2022, while work for the second phase, with another 192 apartments, will begin in August of this year, with a deadline of May 2023.
The ground floor of the six blocks will be reserved for commercial spaces, thus integrating into the project various functions such as pharmacy, bistro, supermarket or kindergarten.
