Businessman George Becali has partnered with his son-in-law, Mihai Theodor Mincu, in order to develop a residential complex with 196 premium apartments in Pipera. The company of the two is called Becali Imobiliare.
The MTM Residence project will consist of 4 blocks with 196 apartments and will be built on a land owned by George Becali. The land is located near the blocks of flats in Pipera abandoned by Arcom, George Becali’s construction company, and taken over, in order to continue, by the British developer Comfort Homes. Also in this area, in 2017, Becali sold to South Africans from Prime Kapital a plot of land of about 8 hectares, at an estimated price of EUR 12 million, on which the Avalon residential complex is now being built.
