George Kenny was named managing director of institutional sales for Greystone’s lending operations. In this newly-created role, Kenny will drive increased debt origination among institutional clients, including REITs, hedge funds, money managers, insurance companies, and family offices. Kenny joins Greystone from Starwood Property Trust, where he headed new business development for real estate investing and servicing. Kenny also previously served as head of mortgage and securitized product sales at UBS and spent 17 years at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch.
