In cooperation with Capital BAY GmbH, George Salden has founded a full service investment house called Capital BAY. To launch the company, he’s collected roughly €150m for future investments in residential and commercial property. The company plans to approach assets from a variety of submarkets, encompassing construction, property and facility management and eventually a fully integrated service for investors. The newly established company has currently 6 employees.
