Geosan Development has begun a small, high-end residential project in Radlice – Prague 5 in a location near Anděl. Made up of a pair of 4-storey buildings, the project will offer 31 units, 60 percent of which are still available. Completion of construction work is expected at the end of next year. The buildings are begin erected in a gap between existing villas and woods, with most of the units facing south towards the green area. “The project will have its own garden, which will be a guarantee of quiet and privacy,” said Jiří Baloun, head of sales for Geosan. Residents will have easy access to public transportation, as a tram stop is close by and Anděl’s metro station is less than a 5 minute drive away.
