Geosan Development: demand for apartments is not decreasing

24 June 2021

Geosan Development reports more than 60% of the flats sold in the Rezidence Neklanka 2 project in Prague 5 near Anděl almost a quarter of a year before the start of construction. Three chamber houses on the border of the original villa development and forest in the Radlické údolí have a total of 31 apartments in layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with their own balcony, terrace or front garden. The issuance of a building permit is expected during the summer and construction will begin immediately afterwards. The expected completion date is early 2023.

“Demand for real estate is constantly rising. We are observing this trend in all our upcoming projects, led by the Neklanka 2 Residence, and we can follow the same trend practically throughout the country. We currently have the last 10 vacant flats available and negotiations with other serious applicants are continuing,” said Jiří Baloun, head of sales and marketing at Geosan Development.

“We tried to maintain the intimate character of the whole project and be in accordance with the local nature and the overall character of the place, in which apartment buildings will form a smooth transition between block of flats and family houses of the villa type. In addition, the project will include a public park functioning as a natural passage through the area, which is enhanced by access to the green massif of the park in the southern part of the site. We believe that in combination with excellent access to the city center and the international airport, Rezidence Neklanka 2 is an ideal place to live,” adds Jiří Baloun.
