The developer Geosan Development has received a building permit for the construction of the Radimova Břevnov Residence project, which will be built in a popular locality of Prague 6, right next to Kajetánka Park and Vincentinum Pond. Three apartment buildings with seven to nine floors together have 68 apartments in layouts from 1 + kk to 5 + kk. At present, 80% of them have already been sold. The project also includes 28 accommodation units, most of which have already found their owners. Construction will begin in April this year and completion is scheduled for spring 2024.
“Radimova Břevnov Residence combines the qualities of luxury living with the genius of the locality of the locality. We consider this a real rarity nowadays, because there are no longer many places in Prague that would retain their historical spirit, and at the same time it was possible to build here. The nearby park, the Vincentinum pond and the Baroque chapel, which is located directly on the plot and will be reconstructed by us, form a unique scenery – not to mention the view of Prague Castle. It will be unique, especially from the upper floors and penthouses,” comments Jiří Baloun, head of sales and marketing at Geosan Development.
The project boasts a design with non-traditional elements that complete the overall aesthetics of the building. It is worth mentioning the glass corners and railings on the terraces and loggias of individual apartments. Selected family apartments and penthouses on the top floor will also have their own conservatory. This has recently become a reviving trend in housing. It can not only illuminate the entire interior, but also provides such important contact with nature throughout the year.
“Those interested in living in Břevnov will certainly appreciate our improved sales center. The interactive application available here will allow them to go through the entire project in virtual reality using 3D glasses. They can see the interior of the apartments with their own eyes, choose from the offered standards or look around,” says Jiří Baloun, adding, “We also have elements of civic amenities recorded in the application, so those interested will see how far the nearest supermarket, kindergarten or restaurant. There is nothing missing in this location, but for the truly maximum comfort of the residents, we also left rooms for retail units on the ground floor and the first floor.”
Břevnov rightly holds the reputation of one of the most prestigious addresses in Prague, to which not only the rich history but also good transport accessibility in combination with complete civic amenities, including schools and kindergartens within walking distance, contribute. There are also a number of places for spending free time: the Petynka swimming pool, the Ladronka or Kajetánka homesteads and park, or the Dlabačov cinema. In the vicinity of Rezidence Radimova Břevnov there are several bus stops providing good connections to the metro “A” and from there to the city center or the international airport. The journey by car to the Prague ring road takes only a minute.
