Geosan Development has begun construction on land in the Central Bohemia village of Chotanka located 3 kilometers east of Podebrady. The company is building roads and utility infrastructure to enable it to hand over plots of land prepared to its customers next summer. The project’s first two phases will be fully taken up but Geosan can still offer family homes from its partners. “The choice of home and its construction will depend on the wishes and preferences of individual owners,” said Jiri Baloun, head of sales and marketing at Geosan Development. “But in order to be connected with the existing buildings around them, a unified look will be maintained. To make it more comfortable for our customers we established cooperation with the company Canaba, which builds low-energy family homes and we chose a few homes that were ideal for the parcels we’re offering.” In all, the company owns 108 parcels of between 650 and 1,091 square meters that are gradually being put on sale. There are 24 parcels still available from the first two phases.
