Geosan Development has secured a planning permit for the construction of its residential project in Brevnov – Prague 6 near the Kajetanka park. Called Rezidence Radimova Brevnov, it’s made up of a trio of apartment buildings that are between seven and nine floor in height with a total of 68 units. There are also penthouses that will offer views of the Prague Castle. Sales of the project have gotten underway though construction isn’t expected to get underway until next year. The architectural studio Atelier 89 provided the design for the building. It’s the the third project Geosan has managed to launch during the year despite the problems caused by the pandemic of 2020.
