The project developer Gerchgroup AG has acquired land for a new office development in Düsseldorf. The plot, located at Tannenstrasse 2-6 in Derendorf district, offers 4,300 sqm of space. The company has acquired the property from Verein Deutscher Zementwerke as sale and lease back agreement. The seller will continue to use the building until end of 2019. Reconstruction is set to start in Q1 2020 with completion scheduled for late 2022. The seller was advised by Savills Düsseldorf. Dr. Lars Kölling, a partner at Sozietät Rotthege Wassermann in Düsseldorf, advised Gerchgroup.
