Gergely Bir贸, CEO of Di贸fa Alapkezel艖 Zrt, said in an interview for Napi.hu that real estate markets may perform well despite the pandemic. Bir贸 says that the home office situation may have affected office properties, but there aren鈥檛 many companies looking to terminate or change their lease agreements. Instead Bir贸 says that the layout of offices is changing. Large multinationals, whose employees have been working online from home since March tend to resign from large open space areas and are looking into a cellurar layout and increasing common areas.
