Gerresheimer is planning to break ground on a new plant in Skopje in the first half of this year. The German company will produce medical plastic systems for the pharmaceutical industry at its new SEE plant. Gerresheimer said it will invest “a mid-double-digit million euro figure” in the project, which should be completed by the first half of next year. Approximately 400 people will be employed at the plant. Gerresheimer operates plants in Europe, Asia and North and South America.
