Gewofag is planning to expand its “Max II” residential area in Munich. The company will invest about €17m to build an additional 115 residential units in three buildings. Two of the buildings will offer three-to-five-bedroom family apartments. The last building will include 65 apartments. Construction is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2017. Completion is set for the end of 2018. Meili Peter, in collaboration with Grabner + Huber Landschaftsarchitekten, designed the scheme.
