AGFA Graphics NV signed a five-year lease agreement on nearly 1,400 sqm of space at Yereal’s Oxygen Park office complex in Warsaw. Owned by the Agfa-Gevaert N.V. group, AGFA Graphics is one of Poland’s leading digital printing technology providers. It will open its new office in October. Colliers International brokered the transaction. The Oxygen Park office complex offers a total of 18,400 sqm of commercial space in two buildings. Designed by JEMS Architekci, the scheme has BREEAM certification.
