GFK Romania expands Iasi operations

GFK Romania is expanding its research and market studies department and recently signed a lease on 2,300 sqm of office space in Iasi. The building will be completed next spring. The new space will be the company’s new European hub, said Stefan Gheorghiu, GFK’s senior global real estate manager, adding that 400 employees will be stationed there.
GFK entered the Romanian market in 2009 when it opened its first office in Iasi. GFK Romania reported a turnover of approximately €19.2m in 2013.
