Ghelamco has secured the construction permit for an additional 17,000 sqm of office space to be built up on a 1.5ha plot site neighbouring its ongoing project Warsaw Spire. The land is located at the corner of Grzybowska, Wronia, Towarowa and Åucka streets. Ghelamco claims to be in no hurry to launch work on the additional office component of an ongoing Warsawās Spire, as itās currently focusing on securing tenants for roughly 100,000 sqm of offices. In addition, the developer is set to kick off construction on a three-tower, 80,000 sqm office scheme in Warsaw called Sienna Tower.
