Ghelamco, one of the leaders of the Polish office development sector, finds itself almost unexpectedly with three projects under development. Although focused on its enormous Warsaw Spire scheme, Ghelamco signed anchors for two other projects, Marynarska 12 and ÅopuszaÅska Business Park. Needing equity to get the projects underway, the company started raising equity on the debt market. “When the tenants appeared for these projects, we started construction although had not planned to start those projects so quickly, as we wanted to focus on Senator and MokotĆ³w Nova,ā Ghelamcoās JarosÅaw ZagĆ³rski told CIJ. Leasing at Warsaw Spire is moving well, with the EU agency Frontex commiting to occupying 14,600 sqm of the 100,000 sqm project.
Ghelamco are located in Zone A, level 01, stand nr 11.20 at MIPIM.
