Ghelamco has nominated T-Mobile Office Park for Office Development of the Year and the ESSA Green Award at this years CIJ Awards Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.

The CIJ Award Poland honors the best office development to have been completed between 1 November 2012 and 30 September 2013 in Poland. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including sophistication of development, commercial success, quality of tenants, road and/or alternative access routes, location and attention to environmental sustainability.
