Ghelamco leased more than 80,000 sqm in 2015, in what it’s calling not only a record for the company in 24 years of activity, but a record for the Polish office property market. Ghelamco Poland signed 14 lease agreements during the year, with the stand out deals including a 24,000 sqm agreement with mBank for its new headquarters in the Przystanek building in Łódź. It also completed a 22,000 sqm deal with Samsung in Warsaw Spire. The company says it will continue to develop rapidly in the Polish market in the coming years.
