Ghelamco renovating luxury tenement houses in Warsaw

27 November 2017

Ghelamco is renovating a luxury apartment complex in central Warsaw. The tenement houses at Foksal 13/15 were originally erected between 1895 and 1898 based on a design by Artur Otton Spitzbarth. Ghelamco intends to add a number of new features to the scheme, including a spa zone with a sauna and jacuzzi, a fitness room and terraces with a cocktail area on the top floors. Guest rooms will also be installed. The buildings will also offer underground parking for 64 cars. “Not only are we restoring the Foksal 13/15 tenements to their former splendor but also adapting them to today’s requirements for the most luxurious apartments,” said Jeroen van der Toolen, managing director for the CEE region at Ghelamco. “In the revitalization process, we use modern technology solutions, while respecting the historical fabric, which we will carefully restore.”
