Ghelamco’s Wronia 31 breaks ground in Wola

Ghelamco kicked off work on its most recent development project in Warsaw, the office building Wronia 31. The 16,000 sqm project is going up at Plac Europejski, near developer’s landmark scheme Warsaw Spire. M. & J-M. Jaspers – J. Eyers & Partners architectural office designed the 15-storey building, which should be completed by the second half of 2017. The scheme is being BREEAM pre-certified.

At the same time, Ghelamco is developing a new headquarters building for mBank in the city of Łódź and it’s thought to be in talks for the sale of the 100,000 flagship, The Spire.
