Ghelamco is poised to sell three office projects to Starwood Capital Group. The buyer has reportedly asked Polandâs Antitrust Regulator to approve the acquisitions. Ghelamco has declined to comment on the matter, but media reports claim the deal includes ĆopuszaĆska Business Park, T-Mobile Office and Katowice Business Point. The fund SOF IX is acting on behalf Starwood Capital Group. Set up in 2013, the fund has already acquired more than $4.2bn, $2bn of which has already been invested.
ĆopuszaĆska Business Park offers more than 17,000 sqm of lettable space in two buildings. The project is currently 90 percent leased to Alior, Allianz and Cemex. T-Mobile Office Park was delivered last year, adding 40,000 sqm of commercial space to Warsawâs central business district. Katowice Business Point offers 17,000 sqm of space. Tenants include Polskie Towarzystwo Wspierania PrzedsiÄbiorczoĆci, PTU, KSBC, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Polska Grupa DealerĂłw.
