Ghelamco has sold Przystanek mBank, a recently completed BTS modern office complex in Łódź for €60m. Ghelamco Group signed a final sales agreement to sell shares of the company that owns Przystanek mBank to LCN Capital Partners, through its LCN European Fund II SLP. The deal is the finalization of a preliminary agreement concluded in April between both companies, who worked together for the benefit of mBank, which signed a 12-year lease and will fully occupy the entire 24,000 sqm complex. The bank has already started moving into its new regional headquarters. Ghelamco Group was advised by JLL in structuring and brokering the transaction. Legal advice was provided by Greenberg Traurig. Przystanek mBank is the first project Ghelamco, in cooperation with Budomal, completed in Łódź.
