GIEAG Immobilien has started the development MAYLIVING/MAYOFFICE, a new residential project in Stuttgart. The project with 70 units and approximately 10,000 sqm of office and commercial space will be developed on a plot in Maybachstraße. The scheme is made upt of two buildings that have the use of three-level underground parking garage. The project, which is due for completion in 2019, is being financed by Kreissparkasse Esslingen-Nürtingen. One of the first long-term rental agreements was concluded with the the childcare facility KINDERVILLA.
