GIEAG Immobilien sold its fully leased logistics property in Lübeck to Exeter Property Group. The purchase price was not disclosed. The property, located in the Lübeck-Roggenhorst commercial zone, offers approximately 8,600 sqm of space and was built in 2012. It is fully leased to the fire protection company Minimax GmbH & Co. KG. The rental agreement with Minimax was recently extended until the end of 2021. CBRE acted as an advisor in the transaction.
