Businessman Gigi Becali is preparing a new real estate project on a plot of land near the Andronache forest in Voluntari, through his construction company, Arcom. The land has almost 25,000 sqm, of which 2 hectares are forest. The land was valued at RON 18.34 million.
Gigi Becali’s construction company would not be at the first residential development. The company had started the construction of three blocks in Pipera before the crisis, but the crisis stopped the work on the site, and the blocks were bought by an investor from Great Britain.
Gigi Becali stated that he owns tens of hectares of land in the north of the Capital, and he has sold a part in recent years to several real estate developers, but also has plans for hundreds of millions of euros. His daughters also have real estate projects on part of the lands.
