Gila Cohen joined Castle Lanterra Properties as its newest managing partner. In her new role, Cohen will be responsible for the firm’s corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, as well as private placement efforts. A 20-year veteran of commercial real estate and financial services, Cohen most recently served as a senior consultant and head of corporate strategy and client relations for Courtland Partners. Prior to that, she was managing director and global COO of private equity at Capital Dynamics, as well as chief administrative officer and head of business development for Golub Capital.
